  • Before Report Preparation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment if report preparation has not begun
  • After Report Preparation Begins: Cancellation is not possible once our astrologers start working on your personalized report
  • Technical Issues: Orders affected by payment gateway errors or technical glitches can be cancelled at any time

  • Significant errors in birth chart calculations due to our mistake
  • Report delivered with major formatting issues making it unreadable
  • Wrong service delivered (e.g., compatibility report instead of life report)

No Refund Scenarios

  • Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or interpretations
  • Change of mind after report delivery
  • Incorrect birth details provided by customer
  • Reports delivered successfully within promised timeframe
  • Customer's inability to access email or download PDF
